Legal basis for processing
This website processes data mainly on the basis of user consent.

Consent is given via the banner on the page. Additional consent relating to the specific purpose of the service is also collected via communication or service request forms.

Place of processing
The data collected by the website is processed at the headquarters of the Data Controller and at the web hosting data center (Aruba S.p.A. – Via San Clemente, 53 – 24036 Ponte San Pietro (BG)), which is responsible for data processing, processing the data on behalf of the data controller, located in the European Economic Area and acting in accordance with European regulations.

Data retention period
The data collected by the website during its operation is retained for the time strictly necessary to carry out the specified activities. Upon expiry, the data will be deleted or anonymized, unless there are further purposes for retaining it.

Data (IP address) used for website security purposes (blocking attempts to damage the website) is stored.

Transfer of collected data to third parties
